Description

Internal refurbishment works at Canolfan Awyr Agored Rhyd Ddu Outdoor Centre, a property operated as a bunkhouse located in the village of Rhyd Ddu, Gwynedd.The works to include a new heating system, refurbishment of shower rooms and toilets, refurbishment of kitchen, installation of ventilation system, fitting hygienic wall cladding, installing loft insulation and associated works as described in full in the attached documents.The site will be closed to the public for the duration of the work period (from 17th November 2025 to 31st January 2026), so the successful contractor will have sole, uninterrupted use of the site.The work must be completed and invoiced in full by 31st January 2026.
