Removal of asbestos, installation of access hatch to roof, removal of skylight and removal of hot and cold-water storage tanks. THE WORKS * Removal of asbestos containing materials found above ceilings, roof void and tank roof. This is specified in the asbestos report that can be found in appendix C. * Removal of hot water storage tank. * Relocation of hot water storage tank. * Removal of existing roof light. * Installation of a roof access hatch. * Infill of roof area around roof access hatch where roof lights have been removed. * Stripping and replacement of existing lath and plaster ceilings. * Redecoration of replacement ceilings. * Installation of retractable ladder to allow access through the roof hatch. * Removal of the lead structure housing the cold-waterstorage tank. * Removal of redundant cold water storage tank and associated pipework. * Infill of pitched slated roof where lead cold water storage tank structure has been removed.
