Tender contest for a framework agreement for ‘work wear, shoes, protective equipment and the like ’for health, kitchen, cleaning and service for Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid [Telemark Procurement Cooperation], as a joint purchasing unit for the municipalities : Kviteseid, Nissedal, Nome, Midt-Telemark, Seljord, Vinje and Tokke. Lot 1: The procurement concerns delivery of work wear, shoes, protective equipment and the like for health, kitchen, cleaning and service for the participants in Telemark innkjøpssamarbeid [Telemark Procurement Cooperation]. Work wear for schools and nursery schools can also be offered if the tenderer has it. A framework agreement will be entered into with the tenderer who has the best offer overall. Estimated annual purchase divided by municipality: Kviteseid Municipality NOK 85,000 (NOK 350,000) Nissedal Municipality NOK 30,000 (NOK 140,000) Nome Municipality NOK 170,000 (NOK 680,000) Midt-Telemark Municipality NOK 350,000 (NOK 1,400,000) Seljord Municipality NOK 90,000 (NOK 360,000) Tokke Municipality NOK 50,000 (NOK 200,000) Vinje Municipality NOK 250,000 (NOK 1 million) The total combined value of the procurement is anticipated to be between NOK 4 million - NOK 5 million excluding VAT per year.
