Innlandet County hereby notify its intention to enter into an agreement with Tenstar Simulation AB for the delivery of a tractor simulator to Storsteigen sixth form college. The contracting authority is of the opinion that there is only one relevant supplier in the market. The lodging for appeals is 22 December 2020. The simulator must: — ensure the need for the most realistic use of: • driving and use of tractors; • log crane, mainly installed on log trailer, dragged by a tractor; • the system must seat, pedals and levers and must as much as possible be in accordance with modern systems for realistic tractor models; — contain driving exercises for: • driving of tractors on road in various situations, with different tools/trailers. This includes driving on agricultural roads and in urban environment. Both in daylight and in the dark, • tractor driving with various tractor tools, such as ploughs, harrow, paver, sowing machine, sprayer, drum, reapers, harvesting tools (hayloader, round baler, forage harvester, etc.), loader with accessories; • log trailer with crane for use at tractor. Realistic driving patterns, terrain and timber assortment for Norwegian forests; — detachable screens and sizes that make it possible to transport the simulator to various events, etc. This also means that the equipment must pass through doors with a width of 90 cm; — available languages in all texting/screen support: Must be in Norwegian; — menus: must be in Norwegian; — Follow-up: • online support from the manufacturer; • user support that reads and understand Norwegian Both orally and verbally; — free delivery and installation.
