Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (“the Council”) invites Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations to deliver the requirements detailed in the provided Specification. This tender competition will be let in line with the stipulations of the Procurement Act 2023 (herein after referred to as ‘the Act’). This specification outlines the requirements for the provision of Inspection, Cleaning and Maintenance of Sewage and Drainage Pump Systems across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Councils portfolio of properties – this will include large leisure facilities and administrative centres. Inspection, Cleaning and Maintenance of Sewage and Drainage Pump Systems is to include the provision, implementation or creation of 6 Key Elements: 1) Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for: o Sewage and Drainage Pump Systems 2) Remedial and Reactive Maintenance (RM) 3) Trade Effluent Haulage 4) Software and Support 5) Asset Survey 6) Drawings Sewage and Drainage Pump Systems, as defined and referred to in this document, include (but is not limited to) the following, as well as all component parts / ancillary equipment: • Submersible Pumps • Centrifugal Pumps • Effluent Pumps • Float Switches • Control Panels • Check Valves • Wells / tanks
