Workshop Productivity Improvement Plan

Description

The MPS has acquired three motor vehicle maintenance workshops, including labour and equipment as part of an insourcing arrangement. An operational assessment has been conducted on all three workshops and the MPS are looking for short-term support to use current data to develop and drive the implementation of an improvement plan dealing with realigning focus areas towards output and how to exceed customer expectations through a customer centric approach.
