Tenders are invited for the Works Requirements for Blackstairs Farmhouse Granite Barns for change of use into 2 Individual Self-Catering Tourism Accommodations. Refurbishment of 2 x existing granite barns/sheds with elevational changes plus construction of a single storey extension to convert use into 2 self-contained units for accommodation for short-term and meeting Failte Ireland welcome Standard guidelines .
