Description

From 1.1.2020 Drammen, Nedre Eiker and Svelvik Municipalities will merge and become one municipality, 'New Drammen'. After the municipal merger on 1.1.2020, the municipalities have deemed it appropriate to continue Nedre Eikder Municipality's contract with Doro Care AS and want to use this prior information notice to inform the market. Drammen Municipality is currently preparing detailed tender documentation for all services within safety-creating technology. The pre-qualification is scheduled to be announced in mid January 2020, with a new contract being signed in Q3 2020. In order to maintain the current service level, and not put people's life and health in danger, Drammen Municipality has considered temporary continuation and an expansion of Nedre Eiker's existing framework agreement (expires on 31.3.2020) with Doro Care AS essential until a new contract is in place. The contract is for the hire of safety alarms, sensors and services connected to safety alarm calls.
