NHMF Frameworx Heating Services Framework Agreements 2023

Description

NHMF Frameworx on behalf of NHMF (NPC) members has appointed a number of Contractors, to two Frameworks, one for Direct Awards, and one for Mini-Competitions. Each of the Frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams which are: Heating Services - Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations Heating Services - Commercial/Communal Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations Heating Services - Microgeneration Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions Lot 1A: LOT 1A Heating Services - Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations - Direct Award Framework Heating Services - Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes which may include major component renewals, fuel switches etc. The Service may include in respect of gas, lpg, oil, solid fuel and electric heating and hot water appliances and installations the following: • Periodic inspections, testing, servicing and certification; • Routine and responsive maintenance including responding to breakdown callouts and provision of replacement parts; • Major component renewals ; • Renewal or provision or fuel switching of central heating installations • Checking, testing smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors Lot 1B: LOT 1B Heating Services - Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations - Mini Competition Framework Heating Services - Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes which may include major component renewals, fuel switches etc. The Service may include in respect of gas, lpg, oil, solid fuel and electric heating and hot water appliances and installations the following: • Periodic inspections, testing, servicing and certification; • Routine and responsive maintenance including responding to breakdown callouts and provision of replacement parts; • Major component renewals ; • Renewal or provision or fuel switching of central heating installations • Checking, testing smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors Lot 2A: LOT 2A Heating Services - Commercial/Communal Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations - Direct Award Framework Heating Services - Commercial/Communal Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes, which may include major component renewals, fuel switches etc The Service may include in respect of commercial/communal gas, lpg, oil, solid fuel, biomass heating and hot water appliances and installations the following: • Periodic inspections, testing, servicing and certification; • Routine and responsive maintenance including responding to breakdown callouts and provision of replacement parts; • Major component renewals ; • Renewal or provision or fuel switching of central heating distribution installations • Maintenance of heating systems within communal areas • Maintenance of heating systems with flats served by a commercial/boiler installation • Checking, testing smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors Lot 2B: LOT 2B Heating Services - Commercial/Communal Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations - Mini Competition Framework Heating Services - Commercial/Communal Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes, which may include major component renewals, fuel switches etc The Service may include in respect of commercial/communal gas, lpg, oil, solid fuel, biomass heating and hot water appliances and installations the following: • Periodic inspections, testing, servicing and certification; • Routine and responsive maintenance including responding to breakdown callouts and provision of replacement parts; • Major component renewals ; • Renewal or provision or fuel switching of central heating distribution installations • Maintenance of heating systems within communal areas • Maintenance of heating systems with flats served by a commercial/boiler installation • Checking, testing smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors Lot 3A: LOT 3A Heating Services - Microgeneration Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations - Direct Award Framework Heating Services - Microgeneration Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes. The services may include the servicing, maintenance and installation or renewal of domestic and communal: • Biomass boilers • Hydronic underfloor heating • Air source heat pumps • Ground source heat pumps • MVHR installations • Solar hot water panels and cylinders • electrical power generation systems - Wind turbines and PV panels Lot 3B: LOT 3B Heating Services - Microgeneration Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations - Mini Competition Framework Heating Services - Microgeneration Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes.
