7th Floor Refurbishment at Glynneath (G) Block, Treforest Campus

Description

1.1 To undertake the creation of new office, storage and WC spaces including the installation of new air handling units and space heating to the 7th floor of the Glynneath (G) Block Tower, Treforest Campus.To carry out the creation of brand-new office accommodation, including storage rooms, WC’s, kitchen installation, and the installation of new air handling units for extract and air changes.Associated installation of small power and lighting.The work is to include the reconnection of all services, and commissioning of new installations as well as recommissioning any existing systems.The 7th floor of the Glynneath Tower will be subject to a complete demolition package prior to the commencement of the work which will take the area back to its shell.
