Framework agreement - Flowers

Description

This is a contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of flowers within the municipal borders of Kristiansand. Lot 1: Kristiansand municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of flowers to various departments within the municipal borders of Kristiansand. Flowers means cut flowers (bouquets), potted flowers, potted green plants, etc. It is emphasised that this framework agreement will not apply to the delivery of flowers outside of the municipal borders of Kristiansand. The Parks Service in Kristiansand municipality is not bound by this framework agreement. Kristiansand municipality will also make further procurements of flowers internally from gardens that belong to the Parks Service. The municipality therefore reserves the right to choose to purchase flowers internally from various departments. This framework agreement does not include outdoor plants, outdoor pots, soil, etc. Sporadic purchases of outdoor plants, soil, fertiliser, etc. for nurseries, schools, etc. are not included in this agreement either. Kristiansand municipality has separate contracts in other areas in connection with large events, such as for 17 May, which may include flowers. Therefore, the contracting authority makes reservations that it will not be bound to use this framework agreement for large events where the municipality may have other agreements in which this is included.
