Description

The project comprises the refurbishment and improvement of external pedestrian pathways adjacent to the Main Building at St Helier Hospital. Works include reconstruction of existing footpaths, local drainage improvements, installation of safety railings, renewal of road and pedestrian markings, replacement of signage, and associated external works to improve accessibility, safety and durability. All work will be carried out in a live hospital environment, with phased delivery, maintained safe pedestrian and emergency access, and full compliance with current Building Regulations, NHS HTM guidance, and Trust infection prevention requirements.
