Operation of catering and ancillary services — laundry service

Description

This contract is a mixed contract (concession and framework contract) which covers the following services: A) operation of the Court’s catering service (concession); B) provision of catering services on the basis of purchase orders (framework contract) ; C) provision of laundry services at the contractor's premises, using a drop and collect room made available by the Court (concession). This contract consists of the following services: — operation of catering services and ancillary services (concession): this involves operating two self-service restaurants, one of which has an adjoining coffee corner, two restaurants with table service and two cafeterias, providing various services, and ensuring provision and management of vending machines and other equipment (coffee machines, etc.); — provision of catering services on the basis of purchase orders (framework contract): the Court will request catering services in accordance to specific needs (banquet services, coffee breaks, internal meetings, etc.); — a laundry service (concession), allowing drop and collect services in the premises of the Court of Justice for items entrusted by customers.
