Lot 1: Type of Work Typical types of works include but not limited to • Stairways and landings • Walkways • Platforms • Ladders • Handrails • Miscellaneous framing (including but not limited to angle, channel and beam sections) • Flooring (plate and open grid) And other works as appropriate Surface Preparation, treatment and finishing of the aforementioned work types, including but not limited to; • Blast cleaning • Pickling • Galvanising • Painting
