Window and Doors Replacement Works

Description

A contract to complete works at properties which formed part of a wider cyclical replacement programme. The Council awarded a lotted contract for cyclical window and door replacement works in 2023 following a below-threshold open tender process. The contract was awarded for an initial 12-month period, with options to extend for a further two periods of 12 months expiring in July 2026. Following expiry of the original contract, a limited number of properties remain at which the required works have yet to be completed. To facilitate completion of the outstanding works and maintain continuity of delivery, the Council has awarded the contract to the original supplier for this residual requirement. ## Contract award
