Choice Housing Ireland Limited wishes to appoint an Integrated Design Team consisting of the following disciplines via a design contest for the provision of new build housing: • Architect (as Lead Consultant); • Mechanical and Electrical Engineers; • Civil and Structural Engineers; • Principal Designer; and • NEC3 Supervisor Lot 1 relates to Tower Street Belfast.
