The Contractor is required to carry out repairs and maintenance; these repairs will need to be carried out to occupied water industry property i.e. domestic, commercial, industrial & listed buildings. The Contract is spilt into two Lots as listed below Lot 1 - Repairs and maintenance to Bristol Water occupied property including domestic, commercial industrial and listed buildings. Lot 2 - Plumbing callouts to customers property. Lot 1: Services to Bristol Water Occupied Properties Repairs and maintenance to Bristol Water occupied property including domestic, commercial industrial and listed buildings and plumbing repairs and maintenance. Lot 2: Services to Customer Properties Plumbing Callouts to customer's property
