Long Term Care and Support and Reablement

Camden Council wishes to commission one geographically based neighbourhood provider for long term care and support at home and two providers for geographically based reablement support. All contracts will run for eighteen months until 31st March 2025.\r The services being tendered fall under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.\r The service is split into the following Lots\r Lot 1-Long Term Care Central Neighbourhood\r Lot 2-Reablement- North West Locality \r Lot 3-Reablement -North East Locality \r Only tendering organisations with a Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating of "Good" or higher will be considered.\r All information need to submit a tender can be found in the tender documents.\r https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert/Index?advertId=d726b70c-91df-ed11-8121-005056b64545\r \r Please note the area for delivery of the proposed services is the London Borough of Camden, London, England, the United Kingdom.\r \r
