Description

This competitive bidding process for a Framework Agreement covering delivery and maintenance of Large and Mid-sized Passenger Information Displays and an agreement covering delivery and maintenance of a Content Management System. Lot 1: Delivery and maintenance of large and medium-sized passenger information display boards. Bane NOR intends to enter into a parallel Framework Agreement with two suppliers covering the delivery and maintenance of Large and Mid-sized Passenger Information Displays. The duration of the Framework Agreement is 4 years with an option for prolongment for 1+1+1+1 years. The duration of the maintenance agreement shall be for as long as there are Passenger Information Displays in operation at the Customer The life expectancy of the Passenger Information Displays is 10 years. In addition to the Frame Agreement, LOT1 also covers the first two call-offs for delivery of Large and Mid-sized Passenger Information Displays: Call-off no. 1: Oslo Central Station Call-off no. 2: Nationaltheatret Station. Lot 2: Delivery and maintenance of a content management system for passenger information display boards. Bane NOR intends to enter into an agreement with one supplier for delivery and maintenance of a Content Management System to control the content of the passenger information displays. The duration of the maintenance agreement shall be for as long as the Content Management System is in operation at the Customer. The life expectancy of the Content Management System is 10 years.
