Joint government contract for the procurement of audiovisual equipment (AV equipment)

Description

The Directorate for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) c/o Public Procurement intends to would like to procure a joint government contract for AV equipment. A parallel framework agreement is planned with up to 4 tenderers. Call-offs will be made directly according to the waterfall method or via the use of mini-competitions. The contract will cover products that naturally come under the audiovisual equipment category, as well as software and services that are associated with these products. Lot 1: A parallel framework agreement has been signed with up to 4 tenderers. There is a total estimated value of approx. NOK 500 million excluding VAt for a total contract period of 4 years. The average estimated annual value is approx. NOK 125 million excluding VAT. The maximum value over the contract period including options is NOK 650 million excluding VAT. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimates are not binding. Additional information to point II.2.5 in this notice: An evaluation model was used that priced quality. This menas that a sum in NOK is deducted from the offered price. The deduction is up to NOK 15 million for the award criterium 'environment' and up to NOK 30 million for the award criterium 'quality of the offered systems'.
