Description

Through this invitation to tender, the University of Bergen intends to enter into framework agreements for flooring services. Lot 1: Through this invitation to tender, the University of Bergen intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for flooring services related to the University's buildings. The relevant building stock is diverse and span from complex laboratory and special buildings to more ordinary office and educational buildings. Typical work assignments included in the framework agreement are: • repairs and maintenance of floor coverings for various building categories • replacement of floor coverings for various building categories • delivery of new flooring/carpets related to reconstruction/adaptation of user areas • all preparation and preparatory work prior to new flooring / carpets. The framework agreement also includes material supplies, security measures for own personnel and the building's users, and disposal of demolition materials.
