Description

This contract is for the provision of a full daily cleaning service Monday to Friday for Starbank School in Birmingham. The contract is being offered for a 3 year period and the proposed commencement date is November 2018. The contract is for a daily cleaning service during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply details of which can be found within the tender documentation. An application for Admitted Body Status with West Midlands Pension Fund is likely to be required. The contract is being offered for an initial period of three years with two possible extensions of 12 months each. This contract is for the provision of a full daily cleaning service Monday to Friday for Starbank School. The contract is being offered for a three year period and the proposed commencement date is as soon as possible ideally before the end of November 2018. The contract is for a daily cleaning service during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply details of which can be found within the tender documentation. Application for Admitted Body Status for the West Midlands Pension Scheme is also likely to be required. The appointment of successful tenderer will be made to ensure a new contract is in place for November 2018. The contract is being offered for an initial period of 3 years with 2 possible extensions of 12 months each.
