School cleaning services

Description

Currently managed by Birkin Services the school is placing their cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by 5.9.2018; with a contract start date of 1.11.2018. It should be noted that a majority of the existing cleaning staff are in the Local Government Pension School; this via Admitted Body Status (ABS) with the current contractor. It is a requirement of this tender that if the contract moves to another contractor a new ABS agreement will have to be obtained. Below we show the approximate m2 for the site; full site plans and detailed drawings will be made available in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Approximate building footprint 6 032 m2.
