EIF - Provision of Services in the Field of Marketing Consultancy and Content Production (Luxembourg)

Description

The European Investment Fund is seeking to procure various marketing consultancy and production service providers to help raise awareness of its products and services with its different audiences. Service providers shall support the delivery of targeted, impactful and relatable marketing messages through film, print, digital and social media content. Production of creative, impactful and professional films, i.e. high definition (HD) digital files containing motion pictures and where necessary, voice over, comments and/or subtitling in a range of languages, to be shot within the territory of Luxembourg, as follows: — live and mock live conference films within Luxembourg, — documentary style films within Luxembourg. Advisory services and the ongoing production of timely, relevant and diverse content for social media use that drive engagement across platforms and audiences in order to support the EIF in the implementation of its online communications and digital marketing strategy. Digital asset development, hosting and maintenance services for marketing purposes and marketing-related activities, incl. but not limited to websites, mobile apps and other digital assets such as digital publications or audience tools for audience engagement. Production of creative and impactful images in the non-people category, incl. studio photography creating abstract images, landscape photography. In case human imagery is used, it will be as a secondary source to complement the abstract image/object's visual representation but not the represent its main subject. Production of creative and impactful images in the category of people photography, incl. profile pictures of individuals and event-related photography; i.e. candid pictures at events or conferences.
