PMC for Legal Case Management System

Description

The Minister for Education and Youth pursuant to section 3(1) of the Commission of Investigation Act 2004 (No 23 of 2004), has established by Order (S.I. No. 388 of 2025) a Commission of Investigation (Handling of Historical Child Sexual Abuse in Day and Boarding Schools) (“the Commission”). The Department of Education and Youth on behalf of the Commission will shortly be tendering for an “out of the box” Legal Management System to support the Commission in its programme of works as set out in its Terms of Reference. The Department of Education and Youth seeks responses from suitable service providers who are currently delivering fully functioning legal case management solutions that align with the legal process methodology for legal case management in Ireland. Once this RFI process is complete the Commission will invite all respondents to present their fully functioning solutions to the Commission. Please note: This survey is intended to inform market understanding only. It is not a competition and does not form part of a competitive procurement process. Responses should describe current, out-of-the-box functionality and typical service arrangements.
