Defence Forces Internal Communications Application/Platform Support, Maintenance, Developments and Hosting.

Description

The Irish Defence Forces intends to procure a stand alone application or platform for Internal Communications in 2022. This application/platform will be used to communicate with all 9500 members of the Defence Forces who are geographically dispersed across the state and overseas, many which are non-desk based through their personal devices. The platform is intended to connect and inform members, foster engagement and encourage collaboration. The project will include support, maintenance and developments. The service will be required to be secure and hosted within Europe. The option is being considered for this to be a competitive dialogue process and the PIN is being utilised in order to reduce the timeframe for tender response.
