AC-2025-55 Provision of Safeguarding Advisory Services

Description

The Arts Council requires the services of a single service provider, with suitable experiences and qualified resources, to provide safeguarding advisory services in the areas of child safeguarding (child protection and welfare) and adult safeguarding (vulnerable adults) namely to provide safeguarding expertise in the review of Arts Council safeguarding policy and procedure and supports in training requirements and delivery. To provide ongoing advisory services as needed in addressing safeguarding concerns, where there are issues of legal compliance, significant risks to the organisation, or an urgent safeguarding issue is brought to the attention of the Arts Council.
