Electrician services with materials, framework agreement.

Description

The contest is for a framework agreement for electrician services and materials. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has bought electrician services and materials for approx. NOK 800,000 excluding VAT a year in the last 4 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Estimated annual volume: NOK 800,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value for the contract, including any extensions and expected price increase: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders can be submitted for one or both of the groups given below. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders. Group 1. Electrician services for housing, businesses, and industry - estimated annual volume: NOK 600,000 excluding VAT. Maximum contract value: NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. Group 2. Electrician services for low voltage, including IT installations - estimated annual volume: NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. Maximum contract value: NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT. Framework agreement The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying general procurement terms for Rakkestad Municipality, as well as the seriousness requirements. The contracting authority will sign contracts with one tenderer in each group. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
