Victory Housing Trust is tendering it’s outsourced call handling service and is seeking a provider who will work with Victory to provide a high quality and high reliability service that meets the current and developing needs of our residents. Victory’s current out-of-hours call handling service receives an average of 450 calls per month (outside of Victory’s normal service window of Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, excluding bank holidays).
