Description

The TTP programme requires the second floor at Aire Park to be converted from its current leased shell condition to accommodation that can incorporate 12 SMART simulators, an ICTF simulator and traditional classrooms to create a training academy. The second floor will also accommodate a Psychometric Testing Facility, HR department, Aintree House staff, variety of meeting rooms and kitchen/breakout facilities. The design and build of this facility will need to accommodate NTL’s resource requirements detailed in the scope and deliver the most efficient use of the leased space to meet the technical requirements and NTL’s vision for a modern office space. ## Contract award
