Description
Wolverhampton Homes requires an established, suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply two and three dimensional bespoke internal and external signage. The projected budget for this work over the course of the contract is £30k per annum. The Contractor may be required to install signage. This may be at offices or on site at any of our properties all of which are within the Wolverhampton area. Nevertheless, the Client does not guarantee the volume of work on any resulting contract. The term of the Contract shall be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months, reviewable annually, subject to performance. All Tenderers must meet the following Pre-Qualification requirements: • All Tenderers must be CHAS or equivalent Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) compliant. • All Tenderers must be able to demonstrate a minimum annual turnover equivalent to 2 times the annual Contract value. i.e. In this instance £60,000 annual turnover minimum. • All Tenderers must have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million. Wolverhampton Homes only employ Contractors, and sub-Contractors who are CHAS or equivalent Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) accredited.
