The sourcing of permanent staff is being in-sourced by SWS, and the scope change from the incumbent contract to the new contract reflects this. The scope of the new contract therefore covers: a) Contractors sourcing through the appointed supplier directly and through its chosen Tier 2 providers, and the payroll services for contractors; b) On request from SWS for specific roles, the sourcing of permanent staff through the supplier’s chosen PSL providers; c) Requirements for advertising for the identified roles and any associated campaigns, etc. Lot 1: Supply of agency and temporary staff.
