Grounds Maintenance (Gardening) Including Landscaping and Trees

Description

NHG is seeking to appoint service providers for grounds maintenance across Essex. The procurement will be divided into two (2) grounds maintenance contracts covering North and South Essex. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: gardening, grounds & landscaping services. The contracts will be awarded separately to encourage market competition, promote SME participation and reduce supply chain risks where applicable. There are no limitations on the number of lots/contracts a bidder may be awarded. Bidders are permitted to bid for multiple lots, and if f they achieve the highest score in each respective lots, they may be awarded all corresponding contracts.
