Essex Partnership University NHS FT ("the Authority") is seeking to appoint a provider(s) for the provision of Mental health inpatient beds, located in the county of Essex. The requirement in split into two lots: 1) Female Mental health inpatient beds and 2) Male Mental health inpatient beds. This contract is to provide acute mental health inpatient service for adults, who cannot be treated and cared for safely in the community, on behalf of the Authority. Lot 1: Female Mental Health Inpatient Beds This contract is to provide acute mental health inpatient service for female adults, who cannot be treated and cared for safely in the community, on behalf of the Authority. The inpatient beds provided under this contract must be located within Essex. The Authority is tendering for 12-bed block contract. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Lot 2: Male Mental Health Inpatient Beds This contract is to provide acute mental health inpatient service for male adults, who cannot be treated and cared for safely in the community, on behalf of the Authority. The inpatient beds provided under this contract must be located within Essex. The Authority is tendering for 12-bed block contract.
