Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice for the continuation of a contract for the delivery of steel fixtures for Vinmonopolet's shops. Vinmonopolet has a self-developed shop concept, which gives all our shops a uniform design. We have held 2 tender contests for the procurement of steel fixtures for our shops (see tenders 08-014 and 12-037). Both of these contests were won by Expedit Norge AS, with steel fixtures from Wanzl. Justification for the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice for steel shelves: — Vinmonopolet currently has no plans to replace the shop fixtures we have procured and adapted to our shops. Vinmonopolet will announce a new contest for any future change of fixtures, — expedit Norge AS has the sole rights for the delivery of Vinmonopolet's chosen steel fixtures in Norway (Wanzl), — Vinmonopolet has, in accordance with the contract with Expedit, a store of new fixtures for 3 shops, — Vinmonopolet also has a store of used fixtures that will cover 2 new shops that are planned to open this year, — We only plan to open a few new shops in the future, — Vinmonopolet will require supplementary orders in the future for existing fixtures, — It has been decided that the existing fixtures are to be reused to the greatest possible degree, and must be supplemented with the same fixtures, — there are currently no alternatives to the Wanzl shelf system for Vinmonopolet, as other shelf systems are not compatible with our shop fixtures, — Vinmonopolet must use the same supplier for guarantees. The estimated value for projects this year is approx. 5 830 000 NOK.
