Public road transport services

Description

Bærum Municipality, c/o nursing and welfare, health and social services, as well as the childhood and youth services, nurseries, hereafter called the contracting authority, has entered into a framework agreement for transport services. The tenderer must transport users in Bærum Municipality to different work, school and activities, as well as nurseries, preferably within the municipality's borders. The adult user group has reduced mental and/or physical abilties. The children receive special educational help in nurseries. The procurement covers the following three areas: Area 1: Transport services for nursing and welfare. Area 2: Transport services for health and social services. Area 3: Transport services for child development, nurseries. The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement with a tenderer that can cover all three areas. The municipality's entities will be obliged to procure from the tender with whom the framework agreement is entered into and the selected tenderer will, after orders are placed by the individual organisations, be obliged to deliver in accordance with the framework agreement. This procurement does not cover transporting users in day centres at municipal residential and treatment centres that the municipality currently has its own contract for.
