Estates Services (Grounds and Cleaning)

Description

The Provision of Estate Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and other Estate Services to the Group Lot 1: Grounds - Epsom Grounds maintenance including but not limited to grass cutting, shrub and flower bed maintenance, litter picking prior to grass cutting and tree maintenance services. Lot 2: Cleaning - Epsom Cleaning of both internal and external communal areas, communal internal and external window cleaning, graffiti removal, deep cleans where required and caretaking services (including lightbulb changes and bulk rubbish removal) to the Contracting Authority’s properties. Lot 3: Grounds - West Kent Grounds maintenance including but not limited to grass cutting, shrub and flower bed maintenance, litter picking prior to grass cutting and tree maintenance services. Lot 4: Cleaning - West Kent Cleaning of both internal and external communal areas, communal internal and external window cleaning, graffiti removal, deep cleans where required and caretaking services (including lightbulb changes and bulk rubbish removal) to the Contracting Authority’s properties. Lot 5: Grounds - North Kent Grounds maintenance including but not limited to grass cutting, shrub and flower bed maintenance, litter picking prior to grass cutting and tree maintenance services.
