Description

The project is for the provision of St Peter’s PS, Collegelands for Education Authority (NI) which consists of demolition of existing buildings and construction of new school building with all associated site works. The site is located at 90 Collegelands Road, Charlemont, Dungannon. The works shall be provided in a manner that allows the school to remain fully operational throughout the project duration. Any disruption must be minimised. To minimise disruption to school activities, the construction shall be delivered to follow a phased approach. Each phase must be planned and coordinated to ensure safety, accessibility and continuity of school functions.
