Description
The City of Edinburgh Council, require to appoint Providers to deliver an Income Maximisation, Welfare and Debt Advice Service. The contract is divided into the following 4 Lots: Lot 1 - North Lot 2 - South Lot 3 - Disability Service Lot 4 - Advice Network Support Co-ordinator Please see attached tender documentation for further details. Lot 1: North An open procurement process will be followed where by the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be utilised to identify suitable Tenderers in terms of compliance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and/or the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016/PR(S)A14 and the minimum standards and any other requirements set out in the Tender documents & Contract Notice. Thereafter an Award Criteria and Pricing evaluation will be undertaken to select the tender which represent the best overall value for money. Lot 2: South An open procurement process will be followed where by the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be utilised to identify suitable Tenderers in terms of compliance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and/or the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016/PR(S)A14 and the minimum standards and any other requirements set out in the Tender documents & Contract Notice. Thereafter an Award Criteria and Pricing evaluation will be undertaken to select the tender which represent the best overall value for money.
