Social work services with accommodation

Description

The Authority (Lancashire Care) would like to work in partnership with a provider in the provision of 2 crisis houses for up to 6 people (each) to stay for up to 7 nights. Support will be available to individuals 24 hours per day, every day of the year using a co-produced, person centred recovery approach, working closely with clinical teams. The service would be accessed via the Authority's Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment teams (CRHTT) with referral facilitated 24/7 by waking night staff provision. The service will be delivered in a home from home environment in a spacious property including 1 to 1 support and group work. Upon leaving the service, people would be offered access to on line therapeutic tools to support their transition. The Authority is seeking a partner to provide 2 such ‘Crisis House’ settings in or conveniently located near to Chorley and Burnley.
