Lot 1 - Emergency Call Out with Minor Works To respond to public safety incidents on a 24 hour/365 day basis. Initial emergency response is to attend a public safety incident to ensure the hazard is secured. Typical hazards relating to past coal mining present issues such as ground collapses of shallow shafts, adits, outbreaks of mine water and gas emissions and mine workings. Lot 2 - Subsidence Repairs The works primarily consist of undertaking subsidence repairs and decorations to domestic properties. All works will follow an agreed schedule of repairs and decorations that may be varied by agreement with the Authority. The repairs and decorations will entail working with residents to minimise disruption to their property but ensuring that a high standard of repairs and decorations are undertaken. Repairs may also be undertaken to non-domestic properties such as factories, offices, etc. to the same standard. Repairs will be carried out to buildings, roads and any other structures damaged due to coal mining subsidence. Lot 1: Lot 1.1 - Scotland East & West Lot 1 - Emergency Call Out with Minor Works To respond to public safety incidents on a 24 hour/365 day basis.
