NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of Birmingham Women and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, as Lead Provider of the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative (https://toucanwestmids.nhs.uk/), intend to award a contract for the provision of:<br/>1) Eating Disorder Day Care Services;<br/>2a) Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home Service (ED-ISH) covering Coventry and Warwickshire; and<br/>2b) Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home Service (ED-ISH) covering Herefordshire and Worcestershire Lot 1: Key Criteria: Lot 1 ED Day Care This notice serves as the intention to award a contract under the Competitive Process. <br/>The successful provider will deliver an Eating Disorder Day Care Services for children and young people aged 13-18 within the West Midlands.<br/>This service is an enhanced specialised service and has been awarded to a new provider.<br/>As a result of this Competitive Process a contract will be awarded to the successful provider for an initial period of 15 months, commencing from 01st December 2025. It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have a value of £1,133,164 for the contract period. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight 11th November 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/>Any representations should be sent via the messaging portal within the Atamis project.<br/>The award decision-makers are West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative. The decision to award the contract was made by West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative Chief Finance Officer. <br/>Conflicts of interest identified amongst the group: 0. <br/>The Basic Selection Criteria scoring methodology was either Pass/Fail or For Information<br/>The Key Criteria were scored sub-weighted questions, as follows:<br/>Quality and Innovation – 28.00%<br/>Value – 10.00%<br/>Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability – 46.00%<br/>Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice – 06.00%<br/>Social value – 10.00%<br/>Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust passed the Basic Selection Criteria and received the highest combined overall weighted Key Criteria score out of 100.00%. As a result, they are awarded the contract, subject to agreement. Lot 2a: Key Criteria: Lot 2a ED-ISH - Coventry and Warwickshire This notice serves as the intention to award a contract under the Competitive Process.<br/>The successful provider will deliver an Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home Service (ED-ISH) covering Coventry and Warwickshire for children and young people aged 13-18 within the West Midlands.<br/>This service is an enhanced specialised service and has been awarded to a new provider.<br/>As a result of this Competitive Process a contract will be awarded to the successful provider for an initial period of 15 months, commencing from 01st December 2025.
