Description

Knowes Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with three contractors for Boiler Replacement Works for a four-year period. The works comprise the replacement of boilers and any remedial works required to various properties within the Association's stock. There may be a small number of full heat system replacements required and the Bidder will be required to price for these at Stage 2 of the procurement.
