Lot 1: Development, Support and Maintenance of Digital Platforms, Applications and Tools The EIB will award a framework agreement to a single service provider. The service provider will provide continuous and discrete services, covering publishing and development, support and maintenance of digital platforms, applications and tools used in digital communications. Required services: A. a development team on-site at the EIB’s premises in Luxembourg; B. ad hoc digital consultancy and project delivery support.
