Description

Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), part of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), provides Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) to citizens using the regions integrated public transport system. This is through various methods including physical displays located at bus stops, multi-modal interchanges and other key locations across the network. The estate comprises of approx. 1455 displays that are installed within shelters on street and across the TfWM network. These displays are a mixture of TFT and LED display types. Of these displays, 1197 are circa 10 years old and deemed end of life. WMCA currently have Capital Funding for the refresh and re provision of circa 37 displays
