Virtual Production Training and Mentoring for Media CymruOverviewAs part of Media Cymru (UKRI Strength in Places Fund), the University of South Wales is seeking tenders to provide a virtual production training and mentoring scheme, to be delivered over a 9 to 12 month period. Providing in-depth, hands-on experience in virtual production, covering both creative, production and technical skills.The scheme will be delivered for the benefit of screen media professionals living and working in Wales. With a specific focus on mid-to-senior level professionals in film, TV, games, broadcast, and live events.The scheme of work should include:- Assets and copy to promote advertise the scheme (web, socials and email). [Media Cymru will support comms activity]- Recruitment of suitable trainees (via online form with input from USW).- Developing suitable training and mentoring programme and associated resources.- Delivering suitable training and mentoring programme, using online and in person sessions, which should include shoots days in a studio environment.- Post-course evaluation and de-brief.- Collection of content throughout the scheme to evidence the delivery and impact of the scheme.Indicative Training ContentThe training and resources should cover multiple key roles in the virtual production workflow.
