Remedial works to the external areas surrounding Scoil Nuala to include - - Remove existing chainlink fencing to the elevated play space and dispose of off-site. Install new palladin safety fencing, marine grade. - Existing ramp arrangement to the rear of the school to be removed. New Part M compliant ramp and steps to be constructed to replace it. - Existing tarmac finish to the elevated playspace to be scraped back, new wearing course of tarmac to be added, playground markings to be included. - Existing tarmac finish to the lower playspace to be scraped back, new wearing course of tarmac to be added, playground markings to be included. - Existing Oil tank to be removed and replaced. - All ancillary site works surrounding the development above.
