Description

The two-way radio system is used as a means of communication for various personnel out on site, predominately by Horticulture staff and the Visitor Services Team. The two-way radios are also used as the primary communication system when dealing with emergency evacuations and incident response. RBGE operates 363 days a year and any proposed solution needs to support these operational demands. The supplier is to provide a two-radio solutions for RBGE which can be deployed to Edinburgh Garden by Spring 2021. (With the possibility of the quicker deployment before the end of March 2021). The solution proposed should be able to be replicated at the other RBGE locations, if required.
