Description

The GDC has a requirement for a facilities management (FM) contract to cover maintenance and support services across its London and Birmingham offices. The nature of the services required include but are not limited to: -Office cleaning services -Ah hoc repairs. -Maintenance of the wind turbines -Compliance check to ensure the GDC's is meeting its statutory obligations. -Mechanical &Engineering / PPM relating to lifts. -Internal plants -Space planning/ update of drawings -Ad-hoc furniture -Server room air conditioning maintenance -Emergence lighting and water pump/ leak alarms -Security services -White good servicing Contracts will be for an initial period of 5 years with the opportunity to extend for a further two periods of 24 months.
