KK - Framework agreement for diving services 2022

Kristiansund Municipality's framework agreement for diving services expires in June 2022, and we are holding a new contest for a new contract when the existing contract expires. Kristiansund Municipality has many small and large submarine pipe lines. Based on the vulnerability this presents, we always depend on a framework agreement with a tenderer of diving services who can take care of assignments such as inspections, improvements and ad-hoc repairs. The deadline for submitting questions about the contest is 1 March 2022. Tender deadline: 14 March 2022. Lot 1: Kristiansund Municipality has many small and large submarine pipe lines. Based on the vulnerability this presents, we would like to join up with a tenderer of diving services who can take care of assignments such as inspections, improvements and ad-hoc repairs. In many cases it will be necessary to use a barge/boat to be able to implement the assignments. Statistics from previous years show that the annual procurement of diving services can be from approx. NOK 1,000,000 to NOK 1,500,000. The workload varies based on the need that arises and the awarded budget resources for improving water pipes and pipelines. The stated amount is therefore not binding and is only meant to provide an indication of the scope of the tender. Water and sewage is, however, very important as regards stand-by and safety. Unforeseen events can arise that can lead to considerable accrued costs without it being possible to calculate them into ordinary operations. It is therefore impossible to set a price in the tender documentation.
